We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and we are committed to providing great products at affordable prices.
However, in the event that you should find something to be unsuitable, we want to make it right!

Our return policy is as follows:

Damaged/Defective Goods:
Should your items arrive damaged or defective, please initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery date. Our automated system will walk you through this process with ease and simplicity. You will either be issued a store credit (sorry, no refunds), or a direct exchange for the same merchandise.

All Other Reasons:
If your items arrived in good, re-sellable condition but you have found them to be unsatisfactory or no longer need them for your purposes, we will happily offer store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned to us for reasons other than damage or defect must be received back to us in the condition that you received them in.
